Providing Accurate Information
During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. If an account is created with false information, bat 999 reserves the right to close it immediately.
Password protection
Keep your account password strictly confidential. bat 999 will never ask for your password. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
Please note: Accounts are non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your account constitutes a violation of these Terms.
4. Betting Rules
Bet acceptance
Every bet placed on bat 999 must be confirmed through the system before it becomes valid. A bet is not considered accepted until a confirmation message appears on screen after it is placed.
Odds Changes
Odds may change in line with market conditions. The odds applicable at the time your bet is confirmed shall be considered final.
Match Cancellation or Suspension
If a match is cancelled or suspended before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with bat 999's specific rules. Generally, a cancelled match results in a full refund of the wagered amount.
Maximum & minimum bet limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each event and market. These limits may vary by event, and bat 999 reserves the right to change them at any time.

5. Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit
When making a deposit at bat 999, you must use your own registered mobile number or bank account. Payments made through third parties are not accepted.
Withdrawal Process
Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds typically arrive within 15–30 minutes for mobile banking and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
Currency & conversion
All transactions on bat 999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where currency conversion is required, bat 999 will process it at the applicable rate.

- Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
- Registering under a false identity or forging identification documents

- Harassing or defrauding other users
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Bat 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- If KYC verification is not completed or false information is found to have been provided
- Under the directive of a court or regulatory authority
Closed at user request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact bat 999 support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bat 999 is not liable for the following:
- In the event of a missed bet due to loss of internet connection
- Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways
- Unexpected technical failures or server downtime
- Account loss due to the user's own password negligence
Maximum liability: Under all circumstances, bat 999's maximum liability is limited to the amount you have deposited.
